The Music Ministry of First Baptist Church has one goal and that is to lift high the name of Jesus!
In John 12:32 Jesus said, "And if I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men to myself."
Singing for our Savior and seeing many come to know Him is our greatest joy. We believe that God created each person to worship Him. Isaiah 43 assures us that we were created to
worship God. Read the words found in verse 21, “The people whom I formed for Myself will declare My praise.” Likewise, 1 Peter 2:9 echoes Isaiah 43 by stating,
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of
darkness into His marvelous light.” May each one of us fulfill our purpose given to us by our Creator. Let’s worship Him!
